Statute of the Club

1. The general regulations

 1.1.  The Getsevich international Club is the international association of the representatives of the surname is Getsevich (Giecewicz, Getzevich, Гецевич and other spelling forms) and other people concerned aimed at restoring the history of the family and the connections lost.

1.2.  The Getsevich international Club (further the Club) carries out its activity on the principles of self-government and voluntariness. The entering and the leaving it is the personal right of any member.

1.3.  The Club is nonprofitl organization; its activity is not aimed at profit earning by any people.

1.4.  The coordination of the association activity is carried out by the Club coordinators.

1.5.  The Club coordinator can become any member of the Club who takes very active part in the Club activity and who is confirmed by the Council of coordinators.

1.6.  The coordinator has the right to say for the Club when carrying out the activity in the context of the Club aims.

1.7.  The coordinators have the right to elect the Club President and to run for the post.

1.8.  The President carries out the current governing of the Club activity.

1.9.  The Club has the emblem and the statute. The Club has the official site.

1.10.                   The official languages of the Club are Russian, Polish and English. Besides, other languages can be used in the work.

2. The Club activity

2.1.  The Club collects and analyses the information with the aim to restore the history of the family and the connections lost, to support the contacts between the representatives of the surname Getsevich.

2.2.  The giving of the information about the representatives of the surname Getsevich (autobiographic data, photos, document copies) is the voluntary activity. In case the information about a representative of the surname Getsevich is taken from the open sources (Mass Media, Internet, etc.) the information can be used without agreement of the representative. However in any case both parts have the right to coordinate the information text and its reliability, and to change it.

2.3.  In all other cases (point 2.2) the information given by the representatives of the surname Getsevich (first of all the autobiographic data, photos and document copies) is confidential. It won’t be spread in Mass Media and other sources. The exceptions are the surname and the initials of the representative of the surname Getsevich, that will be used to take the stock of the Club members and to make up the genealogical trees of the Getsevich families.

2.4.  In case the information is necessary to publish before publishing the articles will be given to those people who gave it for confirmation.

2.5.  The given information, that was not allowed to publish can be transmitted to the third part only after the written permition of its source.

2.6.  The materials that were allowed to publish are printed in the official languages of the Club.

2.7.  All other questions are regulated on the respect relationship with the Club coordinator(s).

3. The final regulations.

3.1.  Any Club member has the right to get the general information about the Club activity and its results sending the inquiry (e-mail or electric version).

3.2.  Any Club member has the right to place the information about him, his family and the event in has life after agreement with the site administer.

3.3.  All the changes in the Club activity and in this Statute as well are reflected on the official Club site.
